*All PPM contracts come with a free assessment of the equipment's that requires a ppm sticker for validation IF THE CONTRACT is ACCEPTED. Otherwise, an assessment charge applies based on the jurisdiction in the UAE and varies from 150 to 350 AED.

1 YEAR CONTRACT and visit once monthly

If multiple clinics exist within city,
*ALL THE CLINICS WILL HAVE A SEPARATE CONTRACT
AT 50% DISCOUNT.
This applies to all Contracts.
Travel out of the city will incur a small transport charge.

SERVICE CHARGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR REPAIR WORK

2 VISITS PER MONTH. Total of 24 visits in a year.

1 year and visit 4 TIMES MONTHLY. with 1 year contract for Medical Clinics
and with 1 year contract for Medical Centers
For Gold contracts, Clinic/Center Owners have access to unlimited calls with our Engineers and requests for visits anytime and adjusted with total visits and within working hours 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Extra visits or assessment for equipment may be requested with a booking.
For maintenance contracts, Owners will not incur service charges for Repair work.
Reimbursement of Cost of parts incurred should be within 4 weeks of receiving invoice or contract will be terminated without notice.
